Aims and Objectives
To provide interested residents with core knowledge and practical experience to prepare them for careers in academic medicine, particularly as clinician-educators or medical administrators.
Educational Goals
- Acquire skills in teaching best practices through self-study, workshops, and lectures.
- Develop leadership and communication skills.
- Tailor didactics to unique healthcare teams (i.e., medical students, nurses).
- Develop and implement a capstone project.
