Fellows may meet with their rotation supervisors, mentors, or program director at any time (or several times) throughout the year to discuss career plans, learning goals and improvement plans, or any other concerns they may have. At a minimum, each fellow will meet with his or her mentor twice each year and with the program director twice each year—see Semi-Annual Reviews.
