The current salaries are:
Year 1: $56,000
Year 2: $57,000
Fellows received benefits offered to hospital employees including health insurance. There are 15 personal days per year for vacation, sick time, and personal time. There are 3 additional days per year for educational needs, such as conferences, interviewing, or taking a licensing exam.
Parking is not a covered benefit and must be purchased separately if desired. Bus passes are offered to hospital employees at reduced cost.
